What You’ll Do

• Apply powder coating to metal parts using spray equipment
• Rack and un-rack parts for the coating process
• Ensure proper coverage, thickness, and finish quality
• Inspect parts for defects before and after coating
• Maintain coating equipment and keep work area clean
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements

What You Bring

• Powder coat or paint line experience preferred (or related production experience)
• Ability to work on your feet and handle parts throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of quality standards and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and safety mindset
• Able to lift up to 50IBS

Pay Range

A reasonable estimate of the salary pay range for this role is $18- $20 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
