What You’ll Do

  • Assemble complex components and multi-step assemblies using detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
  • Work with mechanical parts, hardware, and subassemblies requiring accuracy and proper fit/function
  • Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to complete builds
  • Verify proper alignment, tolerances, and functionality of assembled components
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Accurately complete production and traceability documentation
  • Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company standards
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • Previous assembly experience preferred (medical device or precision manufacturing a plus)
  • Ability to perform detailed, repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and basic drawings
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended period
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools
  • Ability to read tape measure and follow written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable attendance and positive team attitude

Pay Range

A reasonable estimate of the salary pay range for this role is $18- $20 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
