What You’ll Do

Powder Coat Support

• Hang and unhang aluminum parts on racks for coating
• Mask parts to protect specific surfaces
• Inspect coated parts for coverage, defects, and finish quality
• Maintain proper spacing and handling to avoid damage
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements

Finished Goods

• Inspect completed parts for quality and accuracy
• Assemble final components if required
• Package finished goods for shipment
• Label and prepare orders according to work instructions
• Maintain organized work areas using 5S standards

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience with assembly or manufacturing setting preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow work instructions

Pay Range

A reasonable estimate of the salary pay range for this role is $18.00 – $19.00 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
