What You’ll Do
- Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Support audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Assist with inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis
- Monitor labor, material, and overhead costs
- Partner with operations to analyze production efficiency and margins
- Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts
- Implement annual budgeting process
- Support monthly forecasting and financial analysis
- Provide variance analysis with actionable insights
- Maintain strong internal controls and documentation
- Support SOX compliance
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
- Partner with department leaders to improve financial visibility
- Identify process improvement opportunities
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA preferred (or in progress)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with ERP systems (Global Shop or similar preferred)
- Strong understanding of cost accounting
- Advanced Excel skills

Pay Range
A reasonable estimate of the salary pay range for this role is $115,000- $140,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
