Geremarie Corporation

About us:

Geremarie is a modern, technology-driven manufacturer where advanced automation and skilled craftsmanship work side by side. From our vertically integrated facility in Lake Zurich, IL, we engineer and machine complex aluminum components for leading marine and recreation brands—delivering tight tolerances, fast turnaround, and consistent quality.

As a division of Patrick Industries, we’re connected to a wider manufacturing community that values quality, innovation, and forward-thinking operations. This alignment strengthens our commitment to improving our technology, refining our processes, and supporting the people who drive our work every day.

If you’re someone who shows up, takes ownership, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, this is the place you’ll grow.

  • Perform setup and calibration of CNC machines, primarily Okuma vertical and horizontal machining centers, in a high-production environment
  • Install and align fixtures, tooling, and materials to meet blueprint specifications and production requirements
  • Load, verify, and adjust CNC programs, offsets, and tooling to ensure accurate and efficient part production
  • Conduct first-article inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure parts meet quality standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T to verify dimensional accuracy
  • Troubleshoot setup-related issues including tooling wear, offsets, alignment, and minor machine concerns, making necessary adjustments to maintain production flow
  • Support basic machine upkeep and communicate larger mechanical or electrical issues to Maintenance
  • Maintain accurate documentation of setups, tooling, and adjustments to support repeatability and efficiency
  • Communicate process improvements, challenges, or recurring issues to Supervisors and Programming teams
  • Work closely with Operators, Machinists, and Production Leads to maintain workflow and meet production schedules
  • Provide guidance and support to Operators to ensure proper machine operation and setup consistency
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
