Show us your skills. Every candidate completes a hands-on aluminum TIG weld test because we value craftsmanship over resumes and certificates.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform TIG welding on aluminum parts and assemblies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Set up welding equipment and ensure proper settings for aluminum materials.
- Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Grind, clean, and finish welded surfaces as required.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
What You Bring
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background
- Able to work 7:00 am – 3:45 am OT as needed
- 2+ years of TIG welding experience (aluminum required).
- Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measure).
- Knowledge of welding symbols and fabrication techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Experience welding thin-gauge aluminum.
- AWS certification (a plus).
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with ISO or quality management systems.

Pay Range
A reasonable estimate of the salary pay range for this role is $25- $30 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. Top rates available for candidates with proven aluminum TIG experience and the ability to produce high-quality cosmetic welds.
