What You’ll Do

  • Apply powder coating to metal parts using spray equipment
  • Rack and un-rack parts for the coating process
  • Ensure proper coverage, thickness, and finish quality
  • Inspect parts for defects before and after coating
  • Maintain coating equipment and keep work area clean
  • Follow all safety and PPE requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background
  • Must be able to work 3:30 pm – 12:00 am
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended period
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools
  • Ability to perform detailed, repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and basic drawings
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Reliable attendance and positive team attitude.

Pay Range

A reasonable estimate of the hourly pay range for this role is $20 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
