What You’ll Do

As a Seasonal Summer Associate, you’ll support different areas of production depending on business needs. This can include:

• Assisting with assembly, racking/unracking, or finishing parts
• Supporting packaging and material handling
• Helping keep work areas clean, organized, and safe (5S)
• Following work instructions and safety guidelines
• Working alongside operators and leads to keep production moving
• Summer seasonal role (approx. May–August)
• Part-time hours (schedule varies by department)

What You Bring

• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Able to follow directions and work safely
• Comfortable being on your feet and staying active
• Basic English communication for safety and teamwork
• Willing to learn and help wherever needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Use of required PPE (safety glasses, etc.) at all times

Pay Range

A reasonable estimate of the hourly pay range for this role is $17 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
